As part of the 29. Summer School for Croatian Kinesiologists, a workshop titled “Sinergy of sports culture, olympic values and dual careers in sports” took place. The workshop, held on friday June 25th 2021 at 18:00 hours in the conference hall of the “Kolovare” Hotel, included lectures by: Danira Bilić (Croatian Sports Museum Director), Stjepan Crnokić (Ministry of tourism and sports of the Republic of Croatia), Ana Popovčić (Croatian Olympic Academy) and Romana Caput-Jogunica (contractor of the Croatian Olympic Committee). As part of the workshop, three noted athletes presented their own experiences with dual careers – these were Vedrana Malec (ski running olympist), Ana Burazer (swimming) and Tea Turić (basketball). The introduction of the workshop involved lectures by the partners of the project, followed by the experiences of the athletes, followed by a debate on the main subject and, as a conclusion, a quick quiz on the subject. All participatns were issued educational materials and publications made by the Croatian Sports Museum, the Ministry for tourism and sports, the Croatian Olympic Committee and the Croatian Olympic Academy.
