Permanent ExhibitionIMPORTANT: The museum has an accessible restroom for visitors with disabilities. The museum does not have a parking lot. Access to the museum is currently unavailable for wheelchair users due to construction work on the courtyard building. The Sensory-Interactive Backpack is an educational aid designed to enrich the museum experience, support self-regulation, and facilitate visitors’ participation during self-guided visits and/or guided tours. It contains a variety of items connected to the museum’s content. It is particularly beneficial for neurodivergent children, making the museum experience more accessible and engaging, but it is available for use by all visitors. Sensory-interactive backpacks can be borrowed at the ticket desk and used throughout your museum visit. They contain materials and items that may help with sensory overload and self-regulation during your visit. Visitors may also borrow the Franjo Bučar communication board at the ticket desk, which can serve as a communication aid during their time in the museum.
